The AEP Reporting tracks enrollment performance throughout the AEP. It provides visibility into new enrollment activity, budget vs. actual enrollment, and detailed enrollment and disenrollment data for MA and MSUPP products. The report also includes a Call Tracking views to monitor call center activity during the period.
